Summer is coming to an end and lately I feel the arrival of autumn.
Speaking of autumn, chestnuts are autumn food, so I decided to buy a Mont Blanc.
It uses chestnut from Italy.
It is impressive and substantial.
It has multi layers: chestnut cream and whipped cream on the top, chestnut paste in the middle, and sponge cake at the bottom.
The chestnut cream and chestnut paste give rich chestnut flavor.
The combination of sweet creamy whipped cream and soft sponge cake is wonderful.
The quality of this cake is of a Mont Blanc sold in a cake shop.
